We started this site and our YouTube channel around five years ago. Our biggest contribution to the online space must be the YouTube videos, but we’ve also put a lot of effort into our online course. We first made it in 2020, then re-recorded and expanded it in the following years. It’s been closed for new participants since 2023 and the login works until the end of 2025. It’s been really nice to get to know some of you.
In the coming year we will focus on getting some more videos out on the YouTube channel for you. We’ve also made a little switcher plugin so that you can more easily learn mastering on your own. The manual is written mainly for use in Reaper and the plugin is currently Mac only. You will find it here among our other resources.
We know that we have been going on and on about loudness matching for many years but we still see people overlook it. If you just get that thing right, you’ll start developing a clearer sense of what you actually prefer when comparing different sounds. It’s so hard to know anything without the loudness matching because nothing makes sense. So if you only take one thing from us, take that little piece. You probably don’t need our solution exactly, just go with whatever works best for you.
